Felipe Crespo
After gaining valuable expertise in financial literacy during his time at a local tax office, Felipe Crespo, a graduate of USF - Tampa who is currently pursuing graduate studies and research at Duquesne University, established FSP United, a team of financial service professionals. Alongside his academic pursuits, Felipe successfully launched Pittsburgh's first local Puerto Rican food truck, a venture he's been passionate about since his teenage years. He aims to share the valuable lessons he's learned through his journey to inspire and motivate others.
Sharisa Van der Ven
Sharisa Van der Ven, a Dutch native with a background in law from the University of Amsterdam, brings a wealth of financial literacy and acumen to the team. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Dutch, she has also mastered French, Papiamento, and Farsi. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit inherited from her family, Sharisa expanded her expertise in various areas, becoming a licensed interpreter, financial professional, and language coach. Her independent nature and versatile skill set have always set her apart. Having traveled extensively and immersed herself in diverse cultures worldwide, Sharisa settled in Florida in 2016, where she crossed paths with her now-business partner, Felipe Crespo. Together, they embarked on their journey as tax professionals. Sharisa's charismatic personality and sharp intellect allowed her to swiftly master financial literacy, further broadening her expertise. This shared commitment to client well-being led Sharisa and Felipe to establish a platform where clients can receive reliable guidance and education about their financial needs. Sharisa's unwavering dedication to knowledge-sharing and helping those around her remains at the forefront of her priorities. Doug Raibel
As the co-founder of Sterling Heights Financial Group, a prominent wealth management firm in Pittsburgh, Doug Raible brings a wealth of experience to the table. Doug's investment journey began at the young age of 18, culminating in the establishment of a diverse portfolio that includes real estate, financing deals, stocks, and the successful launch of Secretos, the pioneering Puerto Rican food truck and restaurant in Pittsburgh. With five licenses in financial planning and a notary accreditation for real estate closings, Doug's expertise has garnered recognition from esteemed publications such as NY Weekly, Yahoo Finance, US News, and Whirl Magazine.
